- Balance payable 6 weeks prior to occupation
- Cancellation fee of 10% of total rental amount if cancelled 6 weeks prior to occupation
- Cancellation fee of 50% of total rental amount if cancelled 2-6 weeks prior to occupation
- No refunds to cancellations less than 2 weeks prior to occupation: partial refunds may apply depending on the ability to re-let the period
